Service, Assembly & Testing

Once client approval or an official purchase order has been received, the motor officially enters the service and refurbishment phase of our workshop process. Every step is carefully managed to ensure the highest standards of quality, precision, and reliability before the motor is returned to service.

The dismantled motor and its individual components are first transferred to our specialised cleaning department, where every reusable part is thoroughly cleaned, washed, and polished. Years of grease, oil, corrosion, and other contaminants are removed to ensure each component is in the best possible condition for inspection, repair, and reassembly. This process not only improves the quality of the finished repair but also allows hidden defects or excessive wear to be identified before work continues.

Once the cleaning process has been completed, motors requiring a standard service are transferred to our assembly department. Here, our experienced technicians carefully assess every component to determine whether replacement parts are required. Where necessary, replacement components are sourced and ordered to ensure the motor is restored using quality parts that meet the required specifications.

After all inspections have been completed and any required components have been received, the motor is professionally reassembled with careful attention to detail. Every component is fitted according to manufacturer specifications and workshop quality standards to ensure reliable operation and long-term performance.

The fully assembled motor is then transferred to our testing facility, where comprehensive final inspections and performance testing are carried out. Electrical and mechanical tests are performed to verify that the motor meets all operational requirements before being approved for the next stage of the workshop process. This final quality assurance step provides our customers with the confidence that every motor leaving JHWinders Enterprise has been serviced, assembled, and tested to the highest industry standards.
